I’m in the middle of creating a comprehensive CSS reset and styling for a new development framework and ended up creating a form with every HTML form element.. ever. Yes that means all the input types, and the new fancy HTML5 elements.

If you ever need to do form styles for a project this may be useful as a foundation to work the styles off. Code here.
